1. Parties

The person or entity using the Service is the “User”.

2. Nature of the Service

Kizuna Finance provides personal budgeting, tracking, goals, and gamification tools. It is not investment advice, brokerage, or financial counselling.

The Service is provided “as is”; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are processed via Creem. Billing periods (monthly/yearly) follow your selected plan.

Auto-renewal may continue until you turn it off in My Account. Access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Taxes and provider fees may apply.

5. Acceptable use

Unlawful, harmful, reverse-engineering, or disruptive use is prohibited.

Unauthorized access to others’ data is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

Software, brands, and content belong to Kizuna Finance or its licensors. You receive a limited personal license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Aggregate liability may be limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches. You may close your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
