The subject is the sale and delivery of the digital subscription/plan ordered electronically by the buyer, and the related rights and obligations.
3. Service
Kizuna Finance paid plans (e.g., Pro, Expert) are digital subscription services activated on the user account after successful payment.
Features, term (monthly/yearly), and price are shown on the order/checkout pages.
4. Payment
Payments are collected via Creem. Subscriptions may auto-renew until the buyer turns off auto-renewal in account settings.
5. Delivery
The digital service is activated within a reasonable time after successful payment. There is no physical shipment.
6. Withdrawal / cooling-off
For digital content/services supplied immediately, withdrawal rights may be limited where permitted by law and with prior information/consent. Requests: info@kizunafinance.com. Provider refund rules may also apply.
7. Obligations
The seller shall supply the service properly; the buyer shall provide accurate information and pay due amounts.
8. Disputes
Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. Istanbul (Anatolia) courts also have jurisdiction where applicable.
9. Effectiveness
By completing the order, the buyer acknowledges reading and accepting this Agreement.
