Anmelden These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kizuna Finance website and application (the “Service”) operated by Kizuna Finance. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Kizuna Finance provides personal finance tools such as transaction tracking, budgets, goals, reports, and related features, including optional gamification and AI-assisted coaching. Features may vary by subscription plan.
The Service is provided for personal financial organization and education. It is not a bank, broker, tax advisor, or licensed financial adviser, and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your country and meet any minimum age requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You register with email and password. You must not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting availability, scraping without permission, uploading malware, infringing others’ rights, or using the Service for unlawful activity.
You are solely responsible for the financial and other data you enter. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, and inclusions are shown on the pricing page or during checkout and may change for future periods.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize charges according to the selected plan. Taxes may apply.
Free trials, if offered, are subject to eligibility rules (including one trial per person/email where stated). Unless cancelled according to the provider’s or our cancellation flow before renewal, paid subscriptions may renew automatically.

5. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, logos, mascot characters (such as Kizu), and content we provide, is owned by Kizuna Finance or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use as permitted by your plan.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. AI & gamification features
AI coaching and insights are automated suggestions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important financial decisions independently.
XP, levels, quests, and rewards are entertainment/engagement features and have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that financial calculations will meet your specific needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kizuna Finance and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim or (b) USD 50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting info@kizunafinance.com.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, may provide additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
